On May 29th of 2020, the Book Bears held a Virtual Story Time Event for Mrs. Allen's kindergarten class. Volunteer readers selected a book to read to the class then led a brief discussion about the topics in the book.​

As a part of Project Binding​ Us Together,  Book Bears aimed to promote reading as well as bring our community together during the COVID-19 pandemic. By reading fun stories and engaging with each student, we did just that. Book Bears will continue to hold Virtual Story Times in the future!
